Getting started
Minedrop is a voxel mining game on Robinhood Chain. You dig through your own island, find pouches hidden in the rock and open them for points. Every hour the reward pool pays out tokens, split by the points everyone collected.
- Open the game, press Connect wallet and pick your wallet from the list. MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet and other Ethereum wallets show up automatically. On a phone, open the site inside your wallet app.
- Your wallet asks you to sign a short message. This proves you own the wallet. It is not a transaction and costs nothing.
- Press Play and click the screen to start.

Gameplay
Blocks
| Block | Where | Energy | Needs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Grass, dirt | Top layers | 1 | Any pickaxe |
| Stone | Middle | 2 | Any pickaxe |
| Copper vein | In stone | 2 | Any pickaxe, gives 1 point |
| Deepstone | Deep layers | 3 | Pickaxe level 3 |
| Ruby vein | In deepstone | 3 | Pickaxe level 3, gives 3 points |
| Bedrock | Bottom | - | Cannot be broken |
Pouches
Pouches are glowing purple blocks hidden in the rock. You only see one when a block next to it has been dug out. They get more common the deeper you go: about 1 in 70 blocks near the surface and about 1 in 20 at the bottom. Dig one out and it goes into your bag. Open it from the bag to get points.
| Rarity | Points | Chance |
|---|---|---|
| Common | 8-20 | 60% |
| Uncommon | 25-60 | 28% |
| Rare | 80-200 | 10% |
| Legendary | 400-1000 | 2% |
Pouches found deeper roll a little better.
Energy
Every block costs energy. You start with 60 and it refills by itself at 9 per minute, also while you are offline. The Energy upgrade raises both.
Islands
Each player digs on their own island. Every island has its own hills, caves and hidden pouches. You can move to a fresh island whenever you want from the bag, for free, whether the old one is finished or not.
Your upgrades, tokens, pending points and unopened pouches come with you. Only the dug blocks reset.
Rewards
Pouches give points, not tokens. Every hour a fixed share of the reward pool is paid out and split between players by the points they collected in that hour.
| Player | Points | Share | Tokens |
|---|---|---|---|
| You | 300 | 30% | 18,900 |
| Player B | 500 | 50% | 31,500 |
| Player C | 200 | 20% | 12,600 |
When few people play a point is worth more. When many people play it is worth less. The bag shows your pending points, the time to the next payout and the last rate, which is how many tokens one point was worth in the last payout.
Why this way: a fixed hourly payout means the pool lasts as long as planned, no matter how many players or bots join.
Withdraw
Tokens you earn stay in your game balance, so you can spend them on upgrades for free. Press Withdraw in the bag to send them to your wallet. Your wallet asks you to confirm one transaction on Robinhood Chain, and you pay a small network fee in ETH. The minimum is 100 tokens, and your wallet must hold at least 100,000 tokens when you withdraw.
The game vault checks every withdrawal on chain: the server's signature must match, the same tokens can never be paid twice, and the vault has a daily payout limit.
Upgrades
| Upgrade | Effect per level | Max |
|---|---|---|
| Pickaxe | +35% digging power. Level 3 breaks deepstone. | 10 |
| Speed | +25% swing speed | 10 |
| Energy | +25 max energy, +3 per minute refill | 10 |
Prices follow what an active player earns on average. The first upgrade costs about 15 minutes of play and each level costs 1.62 times the one before.
Tokens spent on upgrades: half is burned, half goes back to the reward pool.
USDC pouches
Planned. Turns on when the token graduates on Pons.
Part of the creator fees from trading is used to fund USDC pouches. Some pouches then hold USDC on top of points.
- Your wallet must hold at least 100,000 tokens.
- It must have held them for the last 24 hours, so the same tokens cannot be passed between wallets.
- USDC comes from a daily budget. When the day's budget is used up, pouches give points only until the next day.
- The vault can never pay out more than it holds.
Tokenomics
Planned values. They will be confirmed at launch.
| Launch | Pons on Robinhood Chain, paired with ETH |
| Graduation | At 4.2 ETH raised on the curve. Liquidity then moves to Uniswap v4 and is locked forever |
| Supply | 1,000,000,000 |
| Reward pool | 40% of supply, bought at launch and held in the game vault |
| Payout | 0.5% of the remaining pool per day, paid hourly |
| Upgrade spending | 50% burned with the token's own burn function, 50% back to the pool |
| Creator fees | Pons pays the creator 0.7% of every trade in ETH. Split: 40% USDC pouches, 30% token buyback into the pool, 30% team |
Because the payout is a share of what is left, the pool never runs dry. Buybacks and upgrade spending also flow back into it.
Fair play
- Pouch and vein locations are secret and different for every wallet and every island. They are not in the game code, so reading the code does not reveal them.
- The server checks every block you dig: it must be exposed, your pickaxe must be strong enough, you need the energy, and you cannot dig faster than your pickaxe allows.
- Pouches never sit in open caves. Every pouch has to be dug out.
- The hourly payout is fixed, so extra accounts only split the same pool. They cannot drain it.
